As bacterium’s growth in the culture media will generate carbon dioxide, if there are bacteria in the tested specimen, with reproduction of bacteria, the generated carbon dioxide

Bottle is made with polyethylene.

Each one Aerobic Culture bottle is a closed vessel consisting of transparent cylindrical vessel and butyl rubber sealing cover, the vessel is made of PE with a fluorescence sensor at the bottom, there are liquid bacterium culture media and air in the vessel.

Main components of the liquid bacterium culture media:

FFA-01: peptone 10g, yeast 4g, BHI 4g, vitamin B6 0.01g, SPS 0.015g, ion adsorbing resin 4g/bottle， X factor 0.005g,CO2,O2.
